NANCY GALLOP
Originally from Duluth, Minnesota, Nancy was raised in Chicago, Illinois and ultimately obtained her training in the arts at the Chicago Art Institute, Bradley University, and UCLA. Although a professional ceramist for more than 25 years, Gallop has worked in myriad other artistic mediums including, painting, sculpting, and most recently, jewelry.
Gallop grew up with an abundance of animals in her life: Tippy the beagle, Tom the turtle, rescue dog Bandit, and 14 baby rabbits, found in the backyard abandoned by their mother.

Gallop shares her home with her cats Harley and V’lade and her rescue dog Shayna, her loyal friend and traveling partner. The cats run the house while they’re on the road.
 Gems 4 Paws evolved as a natural extension of Gallop’s human jewelry line. In addition to her pet line, Gallop will create custom and matching owner-companion jewelry pieces.
